As the southland cooked under a high pressure system that sent temperatures soaring, El Jeffe, Van Bro, JD and the capt spent several nights at Willow and another at Eel Cove. Van Bro, playing the role of the ever gracious host, brought along Bernie (AKA "RW"). Of course, the reunited band quickly had lyrics to a soon-to-be top 10 hit "Bernie" along with their seasoned standards of "Down in Baja" and "Lesbian Seagull".
The company, weather, diving and water visibility was as good as it gets. A special thank you to the women in our lives that made this weekend possible. We are blessed.
