The Admiral and I sailed out to see whales and we were not disappointed. Sue spotted this humpback and we stayed with it for about 30 minutes. What a treat to experience these beautiful creatures.

A STORY ABOUT A GONER

We purchased a new start battery while in Cabo San Lucas, November 2012. It came with a 36 month warranty. Brand name was Gonher! Who in their right mind would name a battery company Gonher? Only in Mexico. We had a good laugh about the name and figured it would at least hold up until we got back to the states. Well, 86 months later it's going strong. A test today revealed the battery had 12.65 V at rest, 11.5 V while cranking and 14.55 V while the engine was running. All good numbers. I read recently only 30% of batteries make it through their warranty period. Not so with our goner or should I say Gonher? Larga vida a Mexico y a la tecnologia!
