Love Is In The Air

With August 6th quickly approaching, sailor Dan and Miss Laura took time off from their wedding preparations and joined the Admiral and the capt for a windless gennaker run down the coast. It was great meeting and spending the afternnon with sailor Dan and his sweetheart.

An Afternoon With Big Al

Big Al joined the capt for a brisk sail in 14-18 knots winds on a beautiful, clear winter day. Big Al played baseball for the capt at Dana Hills HS and graduated in 1975. He was also the quarterback on the football team. His senior year, as an outfielder, he lead our team in hits and batted .350. Nicol Brown was his date to the prom that year. We had a good time telling stories and catching up.
