We'll miss Jackie greatly but her legacy and spirit will live on. She graced the deck of Serenity Now on numerous occasions and made several passages to Catalina with us. Jackie enjoyed every minute and we were so blessed to be able to share our time together. She passed peacefully surrounded by family. Strike eight bells, Jac's watch is over but the lady will never be forgotten.
Serenity NOW is a 2000 Catalina 36 MK-II designed for coastal cruising. She's birthed in Dana Point, CA and since 2003 has made over 110 passages to Catalina Island, overnight visits to the islands of Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Anacapa, Isla de Cedros off Baja and has explored the coast from Santa Barbara to the East Cape of Baja Sur, Mexico. She has weighed anchor in excess of 250 times. We've put thousands of miles under her keel. She's an ocean-going mobile home and we love her!
