A VISIT FROM MOMA BEAR

Bear's mother and step-father are in town for his USMC Retirement Ceremony. While the Bear was having his gallbladder surgically removed 44 hours before the ceremony, we found time to cast off from Dana Point and enjoy an afternoon on the water. We had a great day and were able to time it perfectly and make it to the hospital as the Bear came out of hibernation.

JANUARY 2015

The first weekend of the new year started, where else, on the water. Saturday El Jeffe christened the sailing season with brisk, clear skies and a consistent 10-13 knot breeze. The Bear joined us on Sunday as we enjoyed a small pod of whales and plenty of frisky dolphins. We were treated with 16-19 knot winds on the ride home. Outstanding weekend for sure.

The Bear in a t-shirt, ya gotta love this weather.
