Nesporados are voracious fishermen, it has something to do with the food-gathering/hunting thing. I don't believe it's evoluntionary but recently the fish started coming to us.
Flying fish.. breaded and saut'ed in a light oil with garlic, stuffed with lemon wedges and served with scrambled eggs, orange slices and a light party cracker. Try to find this on the menu next time you're at a restaurant.

She's birthed in Dana Point, CA and since 2003 has made 115 passages to Catalina Island, overnight visits to the islands of Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Anacapa, Isla de Cedros off Baja and has explored the coast from Santa Barbara to the East Cape of Baja Sur, Mexico. She has weighed anchor in excess of 250 times. We've put thousands of miles under her keel. She's an ocean-going mobile home and we love her!
