We were able to find wifi in town as we waited to have our propane tank refilled. It ran out yesterday and we had to get creative for dinner last night and breakfast today. Weather forecasts are the most important element of this return trip. We have to wait out some funkiness tonight but we'll be headed to Turtle Bay tomorrow morning.
Oh, did I tell you the homemade tortillas are out of this world!
Ah, yes you did talk about the home made tortillas being out of this world. But I can't quite wrap my arms around the peanut butter, etc one, HA! Via Con Dios!
Serenity NOW is a 2000 Catalina 36 MK-II designed for coastal cruising. She's berthed in Dana Point, CA and since 2003 has made over 130 passages to Catalina Island, with overnight visits to five of the eight California Channel Islands: Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Anacapa, San Clemente and Catalina. We've overnighted at Isla de Cedros off Baja and have explored the coast from Santa Barbara to the East Cape of Baja Sur, Mexico. She has weighed anchor in excess of 285 times. We've put thousands of miles under her keel. She's an ocean-going maritime mobile home and we love her!
