The Admiral and the Chief of Naval Operations joined the capt for a restful and spectacular stay in the western Sierra at King's Canyon National Park. What a great time of the year to be in the mountains.

What an incredible trip!! One that I will remember forever. So proud of how great Mom did on the trip and how much she enjoyed every minute. And for Mom to receive the golden pine cone award was the icing on the cake. The highest award of all time.
