Seeking asylum from the confines of La Abundancia, Captain Cabo and Senora Debi made the treacherous journey back to the US sneaking their way across the border at 10,000 feet. The expatriates were quickly escorted back to the Cadiz holding facility. They were rewarded with a day sail for good behavior.

THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM
With several days of rain in the forecast, the Admiral and I did a late afternoon sail. It was sunny with the small craft warning flag flying but our winds stayed around 14-16 knots and it turned out well.
Headed back to the barn at the end of the day.

The old salt checked into his eight decade and is still sailing with the best-of-them. Bravo Zulu mate. Time to splice the mainbrace!
